We identified 6 barriers and stages in the user journey, and developed strategies, design principles, and a service blueprint to optimize the experience for telecounseling.

Delivered a diverse portfolio of large-scale and technically complex projects, including a major baseball stadium, transportation centers on 9-acre sites, a 240-ft bell tower, university laboratory buildings, 20,000-sq-ft greenhouses, and exhibition halls with capacity for 8,000+ people.
Before the screens
I started in architecture in Taiwan. Observing how people move through spaces, what makes a room feel right, how small decisions in a floor plan shape someone's whole day. That attention to life's details never left me. You observe, you adapt, you find the solutions inside the constraint. I founfd my curiosity First into UX, then into product, then into the messy and interesting territory where IoT data, business decisions, and real human behavior all meet.
I'm currently working at TOKU Systems, designing real-time monitoring and alarm interfaces for industrial IoT. Complex systems where a missed signal has real consequences. I use AI and automation to streamline and accelerate the design process — building tools that compress weeks of exploration into days, for the whole team not just for myself.

I hold an MBA and MDes in HCI from Illinois Institute of Technology. I've worked with teams in the US, Taiwan, Japan, and Canada. I play board games & chess♟️& tennis 🎾 & pickeball 🏓.
